Community as a Lifeline for Writers, Speakers, and Leaders

As we engage in ministry, we often focus on the outward impact or outcome of what we have been called to do. But much of the internal, interpersonal impact is neglected. There are pockets of friendship here and there, but do we have true community with others who have been called like we have? How do we foster rich and lasting community that is beneficial for the body of women serving together often in the same spaces? This workshop will give you a richer understanding of what it means to be in ministry with others just like you, and the importance of developing relationships. You will:

  • Learn the spiritual and interpersonal benefits of community building in ministry.
  • Discover and challenge barriers to building community.
  • Identify strategies that promote community building in ministry.
  • Take away practical insights to apply to their personal lives and ministries.
