She Speaks 2008 has barely ended and you are already asking us when you can register for 2009!

We are currently reviewing the conference evaluation feedback from She Speaks 2008 and will use this information to help us plan our 2009 conference. Once the schedule is finalized, we will have registration available online. We anticipate finalizing the schedule by October.

The conference sold out quickly this year and we had over 350 women on the waiting list so I highly recommend signing up for registration notification.

She Speaks Registration Fees (Estimated until all conference details are finalized)

Registration Fee: $550.00 with hotel - Friday and Saturday Nights at the Embassy Suites (based on double occupancy)

* Register by December 15th and receive the Early Bird Special of $525.00!

Registration fee includes all sessions, conference material, dinner on Friday, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday and Breakfast on Sunday.

Registration Fee for The Next Generation Track (ages 12-17): $275.00 based on double occupancy.

(* Scholarship money is available for The Next Generation if you meet certain criteria.)

Private Room: add $154.00
Extra Night - Wednesday: add 154.00 (includes breakfast Thursday morning)
Extra Night - Thursday: add $154.00 (includes breakfast Friday morning)

Hotel rates are based on availability. Once we have filled our block of rooms, the rates are subject to change.

Registration Fee (with no hotel): $420.00

Pre-Conference Intensive Track for Women in Ministry: $125.00 (begins Friday at 9:00am and will include a general session, two breakout sessions, conference material, a networking lunch on Friday, and some extra bonus goodies just for you!)


Scholarship Information

Unless we receive donations that are designated for She Speaks scholarships, we cannot provide individual scholarships to this conference. However, we can definitely help you set up your own scholarship fund. Each year women attend She Speaks using this plan:

Put together a flyer or an announcement and post it on your church bulletin board, at work, school, etc. Ask family members, friends or members of your small group to help you get the word out.

On the flyer, let people know that they should make their payments directly to Proverbs 31 Ministries so that they will be receipted for the tax-deductible donation. They can call the office with a credit card or send in a check. The mailing address is:

Also, it is really important that they designate the scholarship to YOUR scholarship fund. They must reference your name or we won't know to credit your fund with the donation.

Keep in mind that this would also make a great gift for a birthday or other special occasion!

Please do not feel like you are asking people for money. Each year we hear from women who were blessed because they were able to help someone else answer God's call on their life. You may be called to speak or to write. Other's are called to financially support those who feel called to ministry.

We want to make this as easy as possible so we have created an informational letter/flyer that you can send to your friends, family members, church, etc. Simply emailsamantha@proverbs31.organd she will send you the letter as an attachment so that you can customize as necessary.
